We're a fast-growing home services company helping homeowners lower their power bills through solar, HVAC, and energy-efficiency solutions. We're expanding our Saturday-only Door-to-Door Appointment Setter team and are looking for competitive, energetic individuals who want to earn serious money in just one day per week. WORK ONE SATURDAY A WEEK MAKE UP TO $3,000+ IN A SINGLE DAY SAME-WEEK PAY What You 'll Do (Saturdays Only)

• Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods on Saturdays
• Start friendly, professional conversations with homeowners
• Explain our no-obligation home energy consultation (solar / HVAC / utility bill review)
• Qualify interested homeowners using a simple script and checklist
• Set appointments for our closing reps
• Enter appointment details into our system (app / CRM)
• Follow up with interested homeowners via text or phone when needed
• Hit daily Saturday appointment goals
• Represent the company professionally and respectfully at all times What It Takes
• Comfortable talking to people face-to-face and starting conversations
• Competitive mindset -- you enjoy goals, commissions, and winning
• Ability to walk and work outdoors for several hours on Saturdays
• Reliable transportation to assigned areas
• Smartphone for maps, lead entry, and communication
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
