Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Product Specialist / Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your enthusiasm and sales acumen will make a tangible impact. _ *We are offering $3,500 GUARANTEED Training Pay for up to 3 Months*_ Responsibilities * Engage with customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital channels to promote our products and services. * Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying new prospects and nurturing existing client relationships. * Demonstrate product features confidently, including high-end items, to educate customers and facilitate upselling opportunities. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. * Provide exceptional customer service Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales, Hospitality with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Proficiency in CRM software for tracking leads, managing contacts, and analyzing sales data a plus * Demonstrated success in upselling products or services to maximize revenue opportunities * Exceptional communication skills--both verbal and written * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting. * Outbound sales experience including cold calling is advantageous but not essential.
