Responsibilities Include: * Greet customers and guide them through the selection process. * Demonstrate selected vehicles, highlighting the features and benefits of each. Particular emphasis will be put on new technologies available in different vehicle models, as well as features exclusive to that model. * Ensure excellent customer care throughout their dealership experience. * Provide ongoing training and follow up on proper usage of vehicle features and technology. * Connect with potential buyers via email, phone or text * Following the documented sales process from prospect to finalizing deal.
