Full description of the position

Job Description: We are looking for a driven and motivated Automotive Refinish Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role is deal for individuals with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the body shop collision repair & PBE (paint, body, & equipment) industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective relationship building, negotiation, and customer service on the body shop level. This position is essential for expanding our customer base, maintaining current accounts, and supporting various company goals that drives sales. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the automotive refinishing market. * Visit body shops to generate leads and close deals within your assigned territory. * Utilize CRM software to manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring accurate tracking of customer interactions and sales progress. * Engage in cold calling and outbound sales efforts to expand the customer base. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. * Stay informed about industry trends and new product developments. * Actively seek out and acquire new accounts, targeting auto body shops, dealerships, fleet, and industrial business. * Provide regular follow-up, product updates, and personalized service to encourage customer loyalty and account retention. * Offer comprehensive post-sales support, addressing any customer questions or needs. Qualifications & Skills: * A background in the auto body refinishing market. * Familiarity with the body shop industry. * Proven experience in outside sales. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or a related field is a plus. * Motivation: Self-driven, goal oriented. * Strong B2B sales experience. Robust relationship-building and value-based selling skills are preferred. * Valid driver's license. * Must be able to pass a background check.
