• Prospect for buyers and sellers
• Convert incoming leads
• Hold buyer & seller consults
• Identify client needs & goals
• Provide housing/local market information
• Show homes & write offers
• Negotiate contracts
• Manage CRM tasks and follow-ups What We 're Looking For
• High school graduate
• Indiana Real Estate License (active or referral)
• Basic understanding of CRMs
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Must live in / want to work in Central Indiana
