Summary: The QTI Group has partnered with a full-service safety supply company to find a driven and personable Sales Specialist to join their team. This entry-level, temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone looking to break into sales and customer service, with the chance to grow into a long- term role. If you're enthusiastic, not afraid to pick up the phone, and enjoy connecting with people, this could be the perfect fit for you! The position is full-time, onsite MondayFriday from 8:00am5:00pm. Pay starts at $20/hr., with commission, bonuses, and spiffs available after the temp period based on performance and call volume. Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls and follow up on warm leads to support business development efforts. * Engage with customers via phone and email to provide product information and support. * Assist with CRM data entry, testing new CRM platforms, and maintaining accurate records. * Participate in sales meetings and collaborate with the sales team to learn the companys model. * Represent the company at tradeshows and networking events. * Provide front-facing customer service and build strong client relationships. Qualifications: * High school diploma required; associates or bachelors degree a plus. * Strong communication skills and a go-getter attitude. * Comfortable making calls and engaging with customers. * Willingness to learn and grow within a sales/customer service role. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * The selected individual will be required to successfully complete a saliva drug screen and motor vehicle record check as part of the prehire process.
