About the Role

We aren't your typical car dealership. At Drive Now , we don't just sell cars; we provide a "Fresh Start." We specialize in helping members of our community get reliable transportation regardless of their credit history. We are looking for a Sales & Finance Specialist who is part counselor, part investigator, and part closer. You won't just be showing off features; you'll be helping people navigate their budgets to find a deal that sets them up for long-term success. What You 'll Do

• Consultative Selling: Build genuine rapport with customers to understand their needs and financial situation.
• The "Deal" Specialist: Explain the BHPH process clearly, focusing on down payments and affordable bi-weekly/monthly terms rather than just the sticker price.
• Stipulation Management: Collect and verify essential "stips" (proof of income, residency, and references) to ensure a clean, fundable deal.
• Lead Generation: Proactively manage your CRM, following up with internet leads and previous customers to build a repeat-business pipeline.
• Credit Education: Help customers understand how our program can help them rebuild their credit and get back on their feet.

Who You Are

• Empathetic but Firm: You can connect with people in tough situations without losing sight of the dealership's requirements.
• Detail-Oriented: You understand that in BHPH, a missing signature or an unverified paystub means the deal doesn't happen.
• Resilient: You have a "thick skin" and a positive attitude. You don't wait for the phone to ring; you make things happen.
• Great Communicator: You can explain complex finance terms in a way that is easy for anyone to understand.
• Bilingual (Optional but a plus): Spanish-speaking ability is a major asset in our community.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, retail, or hospitality (Auto experience is great, but we will train the right personality).
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Comfortable using CRM software and basic computer programs.
