We're looking for a hungry, self-motivated salesperson and customer service rep who's excited to help grow Bob 's Auto Gleam -- a fast-growing, premium auto styling and detailing shop in Culver City, CA. You'll handle inbound leads for ceramic coatings, paint protection film (PPF), window tint, and detailing services, follow up with past customers, and upsell new clients. This role is based in person at our Culver City shop -- you'll work hands-on with our team, meet customers face-to-face (if at the shop), review vehicles, and close high-ticket jobs. This role is commission-only, but it's a genuine opportunity to build strong, consistent income by closing high-ticket jobs and growing with a company that 's scaling quickly. We're expanding fast and looking for someone who wants to commit long-term (3+ years) and grow with the business -- not just to earn commission, but to be part of building something special. We promote from within, and based on performance this role can absolutely evolve into a full-time salaried position if that's the direction you want to go. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in car sales
• Basic knowledge of car detailing, ceramic coatings, window tinting, and PPF
• Customer service-oriented with good communication skills Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $2,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
