Full description of the position
Summary As a Sales Development Representative, you will be instrumental in driving our sales efforts through effective communication and customer engagement. Your primary responsibilities will include cold calling and outbound calling to generate leads and nurture client relationships. With core skills in customer service and sales, along with premium skills in negotiation and B2B sales, you will contribute to our growth by identifying opportunities and utilizing CRM software. Your ability to articulate value propositions will be key in promoting our offerings and ensuring client satisfaction in a competitive market. What you will be responsible for: * Engage prospects through email phone and linkedin with the goal of creating a qualified sales opportunity * Conduct research on prospective client accounts and identify potential solutions for those customers * Leverage our tech stack to work smarter and more efficiently (Odoo, Orum, Apollo.io, Sales Navigator) * Client account management and maintain the client's inventory records * Set a minimum 20 qualified sales opportunities per month What Experience And Skills We Need You To Have: * 6 months- 2 years of relevant sales experience required * Previous cold calling experience required * Strong and positive personality is a must, you are solutions-oriented and not afraid of the challenges of a fast paced environment * Results driven and competitive nature * Strong Oral and written communication skills * Positive, energetic phone skills with excellent probing, listening and writing skills * Proven ability to make strong connections and overcome rejection to achieve results * Knowledge of Apollo.io and Orum are bonus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Experience: * B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred) Language: * English (Required) Ability to Commute: * St. Louis, MO 63139 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * St. Louis, MO 63139: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In personWorldnet Solutions, Inc
