Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in promoting our brand services through various marketing channels. The Area Sales Manager primary responsibility is to prospect, cultivate, and maintain relationships with referral partners, such as plumbers, property managers, and insurance agents (just to name a few) that results in referrals of restoration opportunities. Responsibilities: - Develop relationships with high volume referral partners to drive lead generation - Collaborate with owner to create engaging marketing campaigns - Coordinate and attend events, trade shows, and other promotional activities - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns Skills: . Confident, outgoing and personable * Driven to achieve sales goals * Resilient and undeterred by indifference or rejection * Coachable and open to feedback * Strong organizational skills * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal * Strong customer service focus and ability to handle customer complaints * Online Marketing skills or experience a plus but not required Qualifications: Attitude over Aptitude!! Ideal candidate would be someone that has door to door, hospitality(such as waiter/waitress/bartender), or similar type sales experience. OR a current or former Restoration Business Development Manager looking to make a move to a new restoration company. Pay Range: $50,000 - $87,000 (base plus commission) commission is uncapped!!
