Our client is hiring Entry Level Customer Service/Sales Representatives - We're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences while helping our clients find the products and services that fit their needs. We're looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who enjoy building relationships and are excited to grow their skills in sales and service.

Responsibilities

:

• Engage with customers in person to provide support and product information
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Process orders, handle inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and meet company objectives

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework a plus)
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in presenting products and explaining features and benefits
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is helpful, but not required -- we provide full training! What We Offer:
