Key Responsibilities: * Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and engage with potential clients to understand their needs. * Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team by understanding customer requirements and offering relevant information. * Follow up with customers to nurture relationships, ensure satisfaction, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities. * Maintain accurate customer information and follow up logs using CRM software. * Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead to sale. * Meet and exceed daily and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting goals. * Provide detailed product and promotional information to customers. * Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, professionally, and courteously. * Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment is preferred. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. * Positive, energetic, and goal-oriented attitude. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections professionally. * Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. * A passion for the automotive industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
