Licensed Real Estate Assistant Residential Real Estate Team- Full Time We are a high performing residential real estate team seeking a driven, detail-oriented Licensed Assistant who will support our buyer clients. A current real estate license is preferred, but not required- the right candidate must be willing to complete the pre-licensing course and obtain their license immediately upon hire. This is a salaried position with a monthly bonus schedule. Key Responsibilities: * Buyer support * Assist buyers throughout the home-buying process, showing houses and writing contracts * Coordinate showings, inspections and follow-up appointments * Gather contractor estimates with clients, agents, lenders, inspectors, and contractors * Closing Coordination * Oversee all contract-to-close tasks for buyer and seller files * Verify that all required paperwork, signatures, and documents are complete and compliant * Review title commitments and work with title companies to clear issues * Call in closing figures and ensure all parties have accurate, timely information * Track deadlines and ensure dates are met for inspections, financing, and closing Qualifications: * Must obtain an Indiana Real Estate License immediately after hire (company will support guidance) * Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail * Professional communication skills- written and verbal * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team focused environment * Tech-savvy with the ability to learn real estate platforms and CRM system * Problem-solver with a customer service mindset * Must be comfortable working evenings (Monday-Thursday) and at least 2 Saturdays per month (additional as needed) Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * Continuing education credits * On-the-job training * Paid time off Application Question(s): * Are you willing to work evenings and at least 2 Saturdays a month? * Do you have any issues with talking to people or making a phone call?
