CENTURY 21 Scheetz is seeking a full-time, detail-oriented professional to join our Listing Central department. This role is ideal for an organized, service-driven individual with residential real estate experience who enjoys supporting agents and ensuring smooth, compliant transactions from contract to close. Qualifications * 1-3 years of experience in the residential real estate industry * Basic working knowledge of the MLS * Basic familiarity with Dotloop * Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ideal Candidate * Collaborative team player * Highly detail-oriented and organized * Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously * Self-directed and proactive * Customer service-focused * Tech-savvy and comfortable working across multiple platforms Key Responsibilities * Manage transactional paperwork for CENTURY 21 Scheetz agents * Utilize and navigate multiple industry-specific technology platforms * Accurately enter transaction data into required online systems * Ensure all files and documentation meet compliance standards * Support agents throughout the transaction process, from contract to close, with compliance-related needs Schedule & Work Environment * Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM * After 90 days, performance will be evaluated to determine eligibility for a hybrid schedule, with up to three remote workdays per week Application Process Please submit a resume and cover letter to be considered for this position.
