What You 'll Do As a Service to Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in our call center by: * Engaging with inbound calls from current life insurance policyholders * Solving customer service issues and answering policy-related questions * Building trust and relationships with clients--no lead generation required! * Recommending additional insurance solutions tailored to client needs * Studying for and passing the Life & Health Insurance exam within 45 days (we provide all materials, training, and support) Requirements: * High school diploma or GED * Must work onsite in professional dress attire * Strong interest in sales and client focused customer service * Willingness to study and pass a required Life and Health licensing exam within 45 days of being hired * Compete to exceed both Department and Team performance goals in a structured, metrics-driven environment Join Western & Southern - Somewhere You Want to Be Western & Southern is somewhere to grow, lead, win and do good for others.
