Your responsibility will be building lasting relationships with customers, generating new sales leads, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. The AT&T Fiber Sales and Customer Support Representative offers complete training and mentorship to ensure your success in the role and advancement within the company. Responsibilities of the AT &T Fiber Sales and Customer Support Representative: * Meet with current and potential customers within an assigned territory, to promote products and services that meet their individual needs, assisting throughout the sales process * Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers by actively listening and offering top-tier customer service * Consistently able to meet and exceed sales goals set for the AT&T Fiber Sales and Customer Support Representatives * Address customers' inquiries and concerns with professionalism, and offer personalized solutions, ensuring their satisfaction * Work directly with the sales team and other AT&T Fiber Sales and Customer Support Representatives to ensure a seamless customer enrollment process, refine sales strategies, and build customer loyalty * Keep detailed records of all sales transactions and customer interactions to monitor the company's growth * Stay up to date on all products, promotions, and services to effectively assist customers in the best solutions for their needs Qualifications of the AT &T Fiber Sales and Customer Support Representative: * Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred * Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to meet goals individually and as part of a team * Ability to work Monday-Saturday and evenings as needed If you are interested in our AT&T Fiber Sales and Customer Support Representative position and want to be a part of a team that values your success, apply today!
