Job description Pool Design Consultant: Creating Backyard Dreams At Premier Pools & Spas, we're not just building pools - we're crafting outdoor lifestyles. As the nation's largest and most trusted pool builder, we're seeking a talented Pool Design Consultant to join our Houston Pearland team and help bring our customers' backyard dreams to life. As a Pool Design Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to deliver the Premier Experience. You'll combine your design expertise with our industry-leading processes to create stunning aquatic environments that exceed our customers' expectations. What You'll Do : * Meet with homeowners to understand their vision and transform it into a custom pool design * Utilize our state-of-the-art 3D design software to create visual masterpieces * Guide customers through our proven sales process, ensuring a smooth journey from concept to completion * Maintain Premier's high standards of customer satisfaction and sales performance * Collaborate with our construction teams to bring designs to life with precision and quality * Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer vision and budget for project * Competent in 11 Step sales process * Maintain a working knowledge of the company's sales programs (CRM, CAD design software etc.) * Review drawings with customers in detail to ensure construction expectations have been met and have customers sign off on drawings * Audit all sales paperwork for accuracy prior to being entered in Construction software * Participate in sales forecasting and planning * Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers using established guidelines * Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For : * 2-3 years of experience in sales or design (pool industry experience is a plus) * A track record of sales success and customer satisfaction * Strong computer skills and willingness to master our design and CRM systems.
