Pop-Up Event Sales Associate Location: Santa Ana / Long Beach, CA Job Type: Full-Time | Entry-Level | Immediate Start Our client is looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to join their Retail Event Sales team as Pop-Up Event Sales Associates. No previous sales experience is required -- this is an entry-level opportunity with immediate start! About the Role You'll represent exciting brands at pop-up events, shopping centers, and community venues throughout the Santa Ana and Long Beach area. Every day is different -- from setting up displays and greeting visitors to showcasing products and helping customers make great choices. Key Responsibilities: * Assist with setup and breakdown of pop-up events * Engage with event attendees and spark friendly conversations * Present products confidently and help drive sales * Collaborate with the team to meet goals and deliver excellent customer experiences Ideal Candidates Are: * Outgoing, approachable, and confident speaking with strangers * Reliable and able to manage time effectively * Comfortable working in high-energy environments * Eager to learn sales, marketing, and customer engagement skills * Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to commute daily to event locations What Our Client Offers: * Weekly base pay + uncapped commission.
