Pop-Up Event Sales Associate Location: Santa Ana / Long Beach, CA Job Type: Full-Time | Entry-Level | Immediate Start Our client is looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to join their Retail Event Sales team as Pop-Up Event Sales Associates. No previous sales experience is required -- this is an entry-level opportunity with immediate start!

About the Role

You'll represent exciting brands at pop-up events, shopping centers, and community venues throughout the Santa Ana and Long Beach area. Every day is different -- from setting up displays and greeting visitors to showcasing products and helping customers make great choices.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Assist with setup and breakdown of pop-up events
• Engage with event attendees and spark friendly conversations
• Present products confidently and help drive sales
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and deliver excellent customer experiences Ideal Candidates Are:
• Outgoing, approachable, and confident speaking with strangers
• Reliable and able to manage time effectively
• Comfortable working in high-energy environments
• Eager to learn sales, marketing, and customer engagement skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to commute daily to event locations What Our Client Offers:
• Weekly base pay + uncapped commission. Average earnings within the office typically range from $750-$900
