As a part of our sales team, you will: * Work with the homeowner to educate them on the claims process where applicable, monitor the job, and serve as a liaison between customers and their insurance companies to file and complete claims * Close leads provided, upselling or cross selling where appropriate * Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service * Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership What you'll bring: * Excellent interpersonal communication skills * Goal oriented. We want your drive and desire to excel * Be willing to work as a member of a team in an environment where communication and collaboration are key to driving success * Self-motivated and comfortable working with little or no direction * No insurance, construction or exterior restoration experience is required; extensive hands on training is provided * Prior customer service experience is encouraged * Must have a valid Driver's License and a cellphone * Not be afraid of heights (part of the job involves being able to get up on a residential roof) We operate our business based on three principles: Honesty, Integrity and Quality.
