Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Agent (Bilingual Spanish) Location: San Antonio, TX (In-person) Employment Type: Full-time Are you passionate about helping others and want to be rewarded for your hard work? Key Responsibilities: * Use internal lead sources--no cold calling required--and document all outbound activity. * Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to prospective clients. * Evaluate eligibility by reviewing client information against policy requirements. * Educate clients and prospects by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing guidance. * Establish policies by entering prospect information and confirming pricing. * Report any technical issues with communication equipment to the IT department. * Participate in local marketing events, including occasional weekends. Minimum Qualifications: * Valid Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License. * 1+ years of experience in P&C insurance sales. Preferred Qualifications: * Bilingual in English/Spanish (written and verbal). Skills & Attributes: * Goal-oriented and competitive with a proven sales track record. * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. * Self-motivated, proactive, and strong leadership capabilities. * High energy, professional, and presentable. * Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills. * Experience using social media to generate leads. * Ability to source new clients and grow business opportunities. * Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. * Builds and maintains lasting relationships with prospects and policyholders. * Trustworthy, dependable, and ethical. * Skilled at overcoming objections and closing sales. * Proficient with current AI and technology tools. * Experienced in contracting and appointing with necessary carriers.
