About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, high-performing Residential Roofing Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals who consistently exceed revenue goals. This is a leadership role for a proven sales manager who thrives on accountability, team development, and measurable results. You will be responsible for hiring, training, motivating, and managing a team of 10+ outside sales representatives, ensuring performance meets or exceeds industry standards. This role is ideal for a sales leader with strong one-call close experience who knows how to coach others to succeed in a high- expectation environment. What You 'll Be Doing
- Lead and manage a team of 10+ outside sales representatives
- Coach and develop sales reps to consistently achieve 30%+ close rates on one-call close opportunities
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and ramp new sales talent
- Conduct ride-along and in-field coaching (local and overnight travel required)
- Train, motivate, and hold the team accountable to KPIs and revenue targets
- Ensure a best-in-class customer experience from initial consultation through signed contract
- Partner with marketing and call center teams to maximize lead conversion
- Utilize CRM systems, reporting tools, and performance data to track results and improve outcomes
Compensation
Structure
- Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
- Commission & Performance Bonuses: Approximately $25,000 - $100,000

: $100,000 - $185,000+

- 10+ years of sales management experience
- Residential roofing experience strongly preferred
- experience in related industries such as:
- Solar
- Windows
- Exterior remodeling
- One-day bath
- Foundation repair
- Similar high-ticket, one-call close environments
- Proven success managing and scaling teams of 10+ sales reps
- Expert-level understanding of one-call close sales processes
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills
- High emotional intelligence with excellent people skills
- Self-driven, disciplined, and accountable Required Skills &
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to climb on roofs
- Expert-level smartphone and tablet proficiency
- Strong CRM experience (required)
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT, budgeting, and reporting skills
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback Education & Experience
- College degree preferred but not required
- 10+ years of sales management experience
