Job Description: We're hiring a motivated, outgoing Roofing Inspector / Sales Representative to assess roof conditions, identify storm or age-related damage, and guide homeowners through the repair or replacement process. This role combines field inspection work with customer-facing sales responsibilities. Key Responsibilities * Perform detailed roof inspections on residential properties * Identify and document damage using photos, notes, and inspection tools * Educate homeowners on roof issues and present clear, professional recommendations * Assist customers in navigating insurance claims when applicable * Prepare and present accurate project estimates and proposals * Build relationships and maintain follow-up with clients throughout the sales process * Meet or exceed individual sales goals * Coordinate with our production team to ensure timely and high-quality project completion Qualifications * Roofing, construction, or inspection experience preferred (but not required) * Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus * Comfortable working on roofs and climbing ladders (must be physically capable) * Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills * Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic * Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and ladder required * Willing to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends * Familiarity with mobile apps, CRM systems, or inspection software is helpful What We Offer: * Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission. * Comprehensive training and ongoing support. * Opportunities for career advancement within a growing company. * Positive and collaborative team environment.
