Overview

: We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representative - Territory Manager to grow and manage accounts throughout the Eastern North Carolina region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and enjoys being on the road building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Develop and manage relationships with existing customers and prospective accounts within the assigned territory
• Set up new accounts and establish product displays on showroom floors
• Perform product knowledge sessions with customers
• Manage product drops and new product introductions
• Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues
• Provide exceptional service and support to customers, addressing inquiries and needs promptly
• Complete and submit prospect and sales reports regularly
• Represent Deacon professionally in the field, maintaining strong brand presence and customer trust
• Travel frequently throughout the region to maintain regular face-to-face contact with customers

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in outside sales or territory management (flooring or building materials industry preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organization
• Comfortable working independently and on the road
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer:
