Position Summary: The Group Sales Associate is responsible for generating revenue by booking, planning, and executing Group Events, including Corporate Outings, School Trips, Church Youth Group activities, and Sports Teams. These group outings involve laser tag, go karts, virtual reality and bowling; as well as banquet options and movies. This role focuses on building relationships, creating memorable guest experiences, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: * Proactively identify and pursue new group sales opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and community outreach. * Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and provide tailored event proposals. * Plan and coordinate all aspects of group events, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional guest satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and client communications in the CRM system. * Collaborate with operations and event staff to ensure all event details are executed as promised. * Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals. * Represent the Family Entertainment Center (FEC) at trade shows, community events, and networking functions. * Follow up with clients post-event to encourage repeat business and referrals. Candidates must have : * High Energy * Minimum of 1 year of sales Experience (Preferred) * Customer Service - 2 years (Preferred) * Outside Sales - 1 year (Preferred) * Reliable Transportation * Ability to initiate sales calls Education : Associate (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Mileage reimbursement * Paid time off License/Certification: * Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
