• Run prequalified appointments from company marketing and field teams
• Self-generate new business through referrals, networking, and canvassing
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar and guide them through the sales process
• Represent Sunbright Solar with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Proven sales experience (high ticket sales background required)
• Experience in solar sales is a strong plus
• Ability to communicate at a high level
• Confidence, competitiveness, and the ability to connect effectively with customers
• Persuasive sales skills and a passion for renewable energy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
