Full Job Description We are hiring a Retail Sales Associate to work face-to-face with customers inside partnered retail locations. This is an entry-level, in-person role ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, learning new skills, and growing within a team-focused environment. This position involves direct customer interaction and sales. Paid training is provided, and no prior experience is required. What You 'll Do * Greet and engage customers inside retail locations * Share information about products and services * Assist customers with sign-ups or purchases * Build rapport and create a positive in-store experience * Support daily sales and performance goals * Maintain a professional and organized work area What We 're Looking For * Strong communication and people skills * Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face * Reliable, punctual, and professional * Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment * Coachable and willing to learn Customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
