Qualified candidates will have a: * WI realtor's license, in good standing, or the ability to get their license within 30 days. * Strong sense of urgency and work ethic. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to close deals while developing and maintaining great relationships. * A flexible, "can do" attitude. * Exceptional listening skills. * A coachable, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to quickly apply feedback to improve results. * Experience using CRM systems and sales-related software, or the ability to learn new technology quickly. * Desire for high commission, honesty, and integrity.
