Speed Motors Sales LLC in Longwood, FL is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. We need someone ready to start as soon as possible to help serve our growing customer base. The ideal candidate is driven, personable, and passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle that fits their needs and budget. You'll guide customers through the entire car-buying experience, build strong relationships, and deliver exceptional service. This is a commission-based position with high earning potential , perfect for someone competitive, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in the automotive industry. Key Duties: * Follow all management instructions promptly and accurately. * Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that match their needs and budget. * Present vehicle features, benefits, and financing options clearly and professionally. * Build strong customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and promotions. * Guide customers through the full sales process, including paperwork and test drives. * Follow up with all leads via phone, email, and text to maximize sales opportunities. * Meet and exceed monthly sales goals. * Keep the showroom and vehicles clean and presentable. * Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after each sale. Qualifications: * Previous sales experience preferred (automotive sales a plus, but not required -- we train!). * Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required for test drives). * Must speak Spanish (Bilingual English/Spanish required). * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Professional appearance and positive attitude. * Goal-oriented and motivated to exceed targets.
