Job Type: * Full-time * Reporting out of our Indianapolis, Indiana facility Salary: * Commensurate with experience * Compensation plan includes salary + biannual bonus Benefits: * Paid Time Off (PTO) combines vacation, sick, personal days for flexibility of time off * Paid Holidays * Relocation Assistance * Retirement Plans * Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance * Health & Wellness Program Benefits with incentives * Tuition Reimbursement Core Responsibilities of our Account Manager: * Build strong relationships and revenue growth with innovative high value applications * Supporting customers to create solutions and maximize customer satisfaction * Provide pricing quotes and assistance to customers and clarify their needs to ensure proper application of products and services * Conduct proper account call frequency (up to 50% scheduled travel) to maintain a proactive position * Serve as key point of communication and act on customer's behalf for applications * Must have strong written and verbal skills with onsite or face-to-face customer interaction * Mechanical and/or electrical field knowledge of hydraulics, electronics, or drive systems is preferred * 6 years' experience and/or bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education * Must be willing to travel (domestic) up to 50% scheduled
