Job Summary Cricket Wireless is seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team in Clayton. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their wireless needs in a friendly, professional manner * Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers, highlighting benefits and upselling opportunities * Manage POS transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties * Assist with merchandising, stocking shelves, and maintaining an organized store layout * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction * Support inventory management through stock replenishment and inventory checks * Promote store promotions and new products to maximize sales potential * Maintain clean and welcoming store environment adhering to company standards Requirements * Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse customers * Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in wireless or electronics retail environments * Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette * Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures * Ability to perform retail math including basic math skills necessary for transactions and inventory management * Supervising experience is a plus but not required; leadership qualities are valued * Knowledge of merchandising, stock management, and product demonstrations beneficial * Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell products effectively * Familiarity with grocery store or retail environments is advantageous but not mandatory * Reliable, professional appearance, and positive attitude toward teamwork and customer engagement Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
