Now Hiring: Director of Sales and VIP Experience Sultre Boutique is hiring now -- This role is designed for a sales-driven leader with strong client relationships, advanced retail experience, and a passion for delivering an elevated, concierge-level customer experience. Leverage your exceptional high-end retail experience, refined styling expertise, and established personal clientele. What You 'll Do As Director of Sales & VIP Experience, you will take initiative in driving in- store sales, leading by example, and elevating the overall customer experience. You will continue to grow and maintain your personal client book cultivating VIP relationships, and consistently reaching -- and surpassing -- Sultre's sales goals through outstanding service and strategic sales leadership. Role Focus and Responsibilities Key responsibilities include: * Your focus is sales and delivering a elevated VIP Customer Experience. * Utilizing and maintaining your own clientele book. * Converting walk-in customers into sales through getting to know them building lasting relations resulting in repeat clients, * Achieving and exceeding daily and monthly sales goals. * In House Stylist * Actively following up with clients * Styling consignment local and shipments and staying organized from start to finish. * In charge of creating ideas to continue to promote repeat clients. * Plans events * Help with merchandizing * Helps direct the team as the Sales Director * As the Sales Director you are the Lead in the house, team is there to assist when needed. Work Schedule & Classification * Employment Status: Full-Time * Expected Schedule: Weekends as they are the busiest, however you can take one weekend of a month. * Store Hours : Mon: 10am - 5pm, Tuesday-Wednesday: 10am - 6pm, Thursday- Saturday: 10am -7pm, Sunday: 11am-5pm.
