Position Summary Lehman Pipe is seeking a Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is actively engaged in supporting all vertical markets served by Lehman Pipe, including, but not limited to, plumbing, mechanical, fire protection and industrial. While your home office will be in Orlando, this position comes with the opportunity to develop working relationships across multiple branches and geographies as part of our broader sales and service strategy. Scope of Responsibilities: As a member of our Inside Sales team, your core responsibilities will include: New Account Development * Identify, engage, and create opportunities with prospective customers across target markets * Develop an understanding of customer needs and position Lehman Pipe's value-added services accordingly Account Growth & Penetration * Conduct wallet share reviews with existing accounts to identify areas of opportunity * Serve as a key internal partner for quote generation, order processing, and follow-up * Collaborate with purchasing and operations to ensure alignment with customer demand Outside Sales Support and Collaboration * Assist outside sales in maintaining and growing strategic accounts * Serve as a key internal partner for quote generation, order processing, and follow-up * Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism What We 're Looking For: * Prior experience in inside sales, counter sales, or customer service--ideally within wholesale distribution, plumbing, or industrial supply. * Strong communication skills and a professional, service-focused attitude. * Expierence with Epicor ERP & PVF industry. * Team-player mindset.
