We are a start-up dealership in DTLA, providing rent-to-own solutions for the rideshare community in Los Angeles. With the Olympics around the corner, ridesharing is a fast growing industry and we are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Client Advisor/Consultant to join our team. If you have a passion for automotive sales and the ability to build lasting customer relationships, we would like to hear from you. What you will do:

• Follow up with in-bound leads and schedule appointments for vehicle viewings
• Welcome walk-in customers and provide guidance on vehicle options, financing, and the rent-to-own process
• Maintain strong relationships by following up with past customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals What we are looking for:
• 2+ years of experience in automotive sales - required
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and grow within the team
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to take initiative
