Full description of the position

We are looking for one or two full or part time car sales reps at our North Tonawanda location. Willing to train the right candidate for a 3-5 day workweek with no late evenings. We're open Monday-Thursday 9-6, Friday 9-5, and Saturday 10-4. Training will include F&I and sales, merchandising, marketing. Requirements include: -High School Diploma. -Valid Drivers' License. -Proficient with computers. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will be managing communication with leads, financing and service. -Attention to detail and the ability to learn on the go. Pay structure is 15.50 per hour plus 150 commission per vehicle and commission per warranty, with an additional bonus structure for easily attainable sales goals. Our customer base is primarily good credit and cash buyers. We expect candidates to be motivated to contact leads, generate leads, and sell 10 cars minimum per month, with reasonable potential to sell up to 30 cars per month.
