Joe Cecconi's Chrysler Complex is looking to hire a sales assistant to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for being an expert on vehicle presentation and assisting prospective customers with product information, and handling internet and telephone follow up. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing hard worker with retail or customer service experience looking to grow their skills and career. Responsibilities Include: * Greet customers and guide them through the selection process. * Demonstrate selected vehicles, highlighting the features and benefits of each. Particular emphasis will be put on new technologies available in different vehicle models, as well as features exclusive to that model. * Ensure excellent customer care throughout their dealership experience. * Provide ongoing training and follow up on proper usage of vehicle features and technology. * Due to the new technology involved, many customers require 'post sale' assistance with their vehicle features. This position will serve as the point of contact for any questions about the vehicle's technology features after purchase.
