Farrell Equipment is seeking a Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Madison, WI location. Farrell Equipment is a family owned & operated construction supply company offering the best and latest in equipment, tools, and supplies. The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for providing top-notch customer service to all customers they come in contact with. The Inside Sales Associate will work with customers to complete the sale and rental of various construction equipment and supplies. The Inside Sales Associate will primarily sell construction supplies to customers that come into the store and assist customers with pricing and product information over the phone. Essential Job Duties: * Provide quotes as requested from customers * Provide customers with pricing and product information * Handle customer orders in a prompt manner * Assist the outside sales team as needed * Organize merchandise and clean showroom on a regular basis * Assist with delivering products as needed to customers' job sites and/or shops * Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED * Strong listening and presentation skills * Excellent verbal and written communications skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Ability to work independently and as a team * Self-motivated * Excellent customer service skills We are an Equal Opportunity Employer Job Type: Full-time with Part Time Hours Available Hours: M-F 7 a.m - 5 p.m. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Work Location: In person
