What You'll Do

• Start with 5-15 warm connections per month; prove 5 %+ conversion and scale to 20-30
• Run buyer & seller consults, show property, negotiate offers -- our support team handles the busywork

• Active CA license and 3+ closings in the last 12 months (or 5 lifetime)
