Regional Account Manager - Prepaid Dealer Channel Location: Regional Territory (Travel Required) Reports To: Director of Sales Job Type: Full-Time / Salary + Commission About Unwired Unwired is a fast-growing broadband and wireless solutions provider dedicated to expanding access and empowering communities. Position Overview The Regional Account Manager (RAM) will be responsible for driving growth within Unwired's prepaid dealer channel. This role requires a strong focus on dealer relationships, territory management, and sales execution. The RAM will serve as the primary point of contact for dealers in their region, ensuring sales targets are met, accounts are supported, and Unwired's brand is well represented in the prepaid wireless marketplace. This position requires extensive travel within the assigned region to visit dealers, conduct training, and drive in-store execution. Key Responsibilities Dealer Channel Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with prepaid wireless dealers in the assigned territory. - Act as the primary liaison between Unwired and dealer partners. - Negotiate, onboard, and manage new dealer accounts. Sales & Revenue Growth - Drive prepaid activations, replenishments, and dealer revenue growth. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. - Identify new market opportunities and expand dealer footprint. Training & Support - Train dealer staff on Unwired's products, promotions, and systems. - Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, pricing, and sales processes. - Provide field-level coaching to increase dealer productivity. Territory & Travel Management - Manage a regional travel schedule to maximize dealer visits and impact. - Conduct regular store visits, promotional events, and audits. - Track competitive activity within the territory and provide market intelligence to leadership. Reporting & Operations - Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity reporting in CRM. - Provide feedback on dealer performance and recommend corrective actions. - Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure dealer success. Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in wireless, prepaid, or telecom sales (dealer/indirect channel preferred). - Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and building dealer relationships. - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently. - Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office/Google Suite. - Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region (up to 75%).
