About us The Luxury Pergola is a rapidly growing business in Noblesville, IN. We are professional, agile, innovative and our goal is to create the most effective sales and marketing team in the world. You will learn how to sell anything online or over the phone and provide industry leading, outstanding customer service. You will be tasked with innovating new approaches to bring our product to market more effectively and will be given great deals of independence and latitude to do your job effectively. Job pay is $35,000 base plus 2% commission on sales you make. Average order size is tens of thousands of dollars, so the ability to make more is endless. We do not cap our commission either, so what you sell is what you earn. Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Growth opportunities * On-the-job training We are seeking an individual to take take ownership with their role in our integrated marketing and sales department. Our ideal candidate for this position is highly motivated, effective, and able to learn quickly. The right candidate will be able to balance long hours with a supportive management team, and will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies that aim to increase revenue while creating brand loyalty. During the busy season, you will be expected to handle phone calls throughout the week. Responsibilities: * Work with customers and close large deals. * Perform market research on behalf of the company. * Deliver results in internet marketing and over the phone sales. * Define new services to be offered and create a plan for implementing them. * Oversee the implementation of new services.
