Position Overview: As a DoortoDoor Sales Representative, you will canvass designated residential neighborhoods, educate homeowners on the benefits of our smart security products, and close new accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, is resilient, and thrives in a commissiondriven environment. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct doortodoor visits in assigned territories to generate leads and sell smart home security systems. * Deliver clear and engaging product presentations tailored to customer needs. * Identify homeowner concerns and recommend appropriate security packages and addons. * Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and key performance metrics. * Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system. * Follow up with prospects to answer questions and secure appointments or installations. * Represent the company with professionalism and integrity, adhering to all regulatory and ethical guidelines. Qualifications: * 1-2 years of sales experience in doortodoor, field, or direct selling environments; smarthome or security sales experience is a plus. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade. * High level of confidence, positive attitude, and resilience in the face of rejection. * Selfmotivated with strong timemanagement and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Must be able to pass a background check and be eligible for any required city alarm business registrations.
