We are looking for top notch sales individuals to join our 3PL (Third Party Logistics) firm! We are looking for highly motivated and talented individuals with sales experience, to join the ALG team. We are offering a base salary based on previous experience, and a lucrative uncapped commission plan. Our top commission rate is a straight 40% cut of the profit (Gross Margin) you generate. Yes! 40%! Additional benefits include health insurance, dental and vision, 401k matching and an amazing work culture! We also offer ramping bonuses while you grow your book of business. Here in 2025 and 2026, we are offering $17,000 in ramping bonuses (outside of our normal commission plan) to each new hire. This position will be best suited for talented sales individuals with previous sales experience, who are eager and driven to learn and perform at high levels.
