Job Overview Cactus Mailing is hiring a B2B Inside Sales Representative to join our growing direct mail marketing team. This role is ideal for a sales professional who: * Works fast and accurately on a computer * Is confident and comfortable on the phone * Takes personal pride in doing high-quality work * Holds themselves to high standards without constant oversight This is not a high-base, low-expectation role. Execution, follow-through, and professionalism matter here. What You 'll Do * Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with business owners and decision-makers * Qualify prospects and identify fit for direct mail marketing solutions * Present clear, customized solutions and confidently ask for the sale * Manage follow-ups consistently until opportunities are closed or disqualified * Enter notes and update CRM records in real time during calls * Keep your pipeline clean, accurate, and fully up to date * Meet and exceed individual sales goals What We 're Looking For * 1+ year of inside sales, phone sales, or B2B sales experience * Strong sales aptitude and comfort handling objections * Fast and accurate computer skills (CRM, email, multitasking while on calls) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-accountable * Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment This role is a strong fit for someone who dislikes sloppy work, unfinished tasks, or letting things fall through the cracks.
