Top performers exceed $100,000 as they take full territory ownership This is an entry-level sales role for recent college graduates with a competitive athletic background. If you did not play organized sports at a competitive level (college, semi- pro, high-level club), this role is not a fit. We train sales skills. We do not train discipline, competitiveness, or work ethic. What You'll Do * Learn and sell construction materials to commercial contractors * Prospect daily, follow up relentlessly, and manage active accounts * Spend most days in the field visiting job sites and customers * Be measured on activity, results, and consistency Why We Target Athletes Former athletes succeed here because they: * Take coaching without excuses * Compete daily instead of avoiding discomfort * Handle rejection and keep showing up * Care about performance metrics This role rewards effort and consistency, not tenure.
