Top performers exceed $100,000 as they take full territory ownership This is an entry-level sales role for recent college graduates with a competitive athletic background. If you did not play organized sports at a competitive level (college, semi- pro, high-level club), this role is not a fit. We train sales skills. We do not train discipline, competitiveness, or work ethic.

What You'll Do

• Learn and sell construction materials to commercial contractors
• Prospect daily, follow up relentlessly, and manage active accounts
• Spend most days in the field visiting job sites and customers

Compensation

• Base salary plus commission
• Realistic first-year earnings: $65,000-$85,000
