Lead Sales BDC Representative - Speedway Subaru VW $20/hour + performance bonus | Typical earnings: $55,000 -$85,000+ Location: Speedway Subaru VW, 1930 W 16th St, Indianapolis, IN 46202 Speedway Subaru VW is looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Sales BDC Representative to join our growing sales team! This position is ideal for someone with proven automotive BDC experience who thrives on converting leads into appointments and delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a lead representative, you'll set the tone for consistency, professionalism, and performance within the department. Job Responsibilities: * Answer inbound sales calls promptly and professionally, providing top-tier customer service. * Make outbound calls to customers who have inquired about vehicles, offering assistance and guiding them toward their next steps. * Work leads effectively within the CRM to ensure timely follow-up, accurate documentation, and maximum appointment success. * Set a strong example of reliability, professionalism, and communication within the BDC. * Assist with day-to-day coordination of BDC activities to maintain smooth, efficient operations. * Collaborate with sales management to improve lead-handling processes and enhance the overall customer experience. What We 're Looking For: * 3+ years of experience in an automotive sales BDC or Internet Sales department (required). * Proven success in appointment setting and lead conversion. * Excellent communication, listening, and follow-up skills. * Organized, dependable, and driven to exceed goals. * A positive, team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail. * High school diploma or equivalent.
