About Mirror Media Group Mirror Media Group is the dominant local media network in West Los Angeles, reaching hundreds of thousands of residents every month through trusted digital, email, social, video, and print platforms. We don't sell ads in isolation. We sell visibility, influence, and local presence to established businesses that want to stay top-of-mind locally. Our advertisers and partners include hospitals and healthcare groups, spas and aesthetics, restaurants and hospitality, camps and youth/family programs, home-related businesses (real estate, home services, design), professional services, and other established local brands. The Role We are hiring an Advertising Revenue Closer to sell recurring advertising, PR, and media-presence partnerships. This is a closing role , not an entry-level sales position. You will be selling monthly media partnerships , typically ranging from $500 to $2,000 per month , with larger opportunities available. You'll work directly with ownership and receive qualified inbound and warm opportunities , while also being expected to prospect, hunt, and build your own pipeline. This is a true hunter/closer role -- success comes from a mix of provided leads and proactive outbound outreach. What You 'll Be Selling * Local advertising & media partnerships * Brand presence across digital, email, video, social, and print * Visibility and influence in West LA communities * Multi-month, recurring campaigns (not one-off ads) Who This Role Is For You are: * A proven closer (advertising/media, agency, real estate, SaaS, or B2B services) * Comfortable discussing money and asking for the sale * Experienced selling recurring monthly spend * Confident prospecting and generating your own opportunities * Able to qualify quickly and disqualify just as fast * Professional, direct, organized, and accountable You understand that: * Authority and budget matter * Not every business is a fit * Consistency beats one-off deals Who This Is NOT For This role is not for: * Entry-level salespeople * "Marketing consultants" or strategists * People afraid of price conversations * Anyone who expects all leads to be handed to them * Commission-only grinders chasing small deals Compensation * $40k per year base * Uncapped commission (10-15% on all sales) * Commission paid on closed revenue * Realistic earning potential: $65,000 -$125,000+ annually * Strong upside for closers who build and retain accounts (Full structure discussed with qualified candidates.)
