We are seeking a driven individual to join our team as an Entry-Level In- Store Marketing and Sales Assistant to learn the ropes of the business, our proven sales strategies, customer outreach campaigns, and how to build long- lasting relationships with customers--all while tapping into unexplored new markets and increasing profitability. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain in-field retail experience, receive mentoring from upper management, and grow professionally in a dynamic, hands-on setting. Responsibilities of the Entry-Level In-Store Marketing and Sales Assistant include: * Engage with customers inside retail locations to initiate interactions, identify their current needs and preferences, and present our products and services in a way that best suits them. * Walk customers through promotional offers and product information, answer questions, handle inquiries, and present additional products to upsell and add value--delivering outstanding customer service. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and feedback, aiming to improve the company's services and outreach efforts. * Collaborate with upper management to assist in the creation and execution of in-store marketing campaigns, sharing best practices, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. * Follow up with customers post-interaction to boost satisfaction, retention, and brand loyalty. * Monitor and recognize market trends and competitor activities in the retail space to stay ahead in all customer segments. Qualifications and Skills for the Entry-Level In-Store Marketing and Sales Assistant position: * A college degree in Management, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management is a plus. * Strong communication skills to effectively engage customers, collaborate with peers, and report to management. * A keen interest in marketing, technology, and career growth. * Proactive attitude with a willingness to participate in all aspects of in-store marketing and sales strategy. * Problem-solving mindset, ready to take on challenges and resolve customer issues promptly.
