Used Car Sales Manager Basil Ford of Niagara Falls - Niagara Falls, NY Basil Ford of Niagara Falls is seeking an experienced and driven Used Car Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned sales department. This is a key leadership role for a results-oriented automotive professional who excels in inventory management, team development, and customer satisfaction.
