Pay Type: $50,000-65,000 Team members can expect to earn $65,000 in their first year and over $100,000 just after their second year. Compensation includes salary, bonuses, and uncapped commission! Position Overview: A Sales Representative utilizes hands-on sales, problem-solving, and negotiating skills to build a portfolio of clients requiring assistance from our exemplary freight brokerage services. The person in this position will leverage the knowledge gained from the robust training program and FitzMark's proprietary technology to build exceptional customer relationships. The Sales Representative will have tenacity for sales, a passion for account success, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Sales Representatives are encouraged to lead and develop their skills to push their career forward.
